The member-driven State + Local Advocacy Alliance is a state-centered advocacy initiative designed as a mobilization, advocacy, and capacity-building program focused on leveraging the collective power of PSOs to influence state policies in a way that fosters healthy, vibrant, and equitable communities and an effective and strong philanthropic sector.

While this has been a historically unproductive Congress with the fewest bills being signed into law in decades, there has been oversight activity and marker bills being introduced that could fundamentally impact the philanthropic and charitable sector if passed.

Rebuilding a website takes substantial planning, execution, and staff time. This document includes the key areas of information for preparing, designing, implementing and launching your Drupal website as a member of the KM Collaborative. Thank you to the three KM Partners who served as pilots for our new collective Drupal distribution: SoCal Grantmakers, Council of Michigan Foundations, and Philanthropy Ohio! This guide draws on their strategy, expertise, and experience.
