The Truth and Healing Movement is a core part of the Native Americans in Philanthropy's Movement of Movements work, and centers on an educational and transformational exercise called The Blanket Exercise, a “unique, participatory history lesson – developed in collaboration with Indigenous elders, knowledge keepers and educators – that fosters truth, understanding, respect and reconciliation among Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples.”
