Monthly PSO Advocacy Check-Ins feature comprehensive updates and analysis on legislative issues impacting the sector at the federal and state levels, as well as an open discussion on current policy hot topics, and timely tips on public policy best practices for PSOs and their members.

2023 KM Users Group session: Management Tools and Practices. While much of our knowledge management work is technical, without great interpersonal practices and project management tools in our toolboxes, the technical work can’t move forward. In this session, we heard from KM Partners who shared their candid experiences about implementing tools and practices at their PSOs.
