This session presented best practices for email content, subject lines, senders, audience segmentation, signup forms, acquisition channels, data structures, tracking, and analysis that improve deliverability (that is, inbox placement). These tips and tricks are contextualized with real-world analogies that demystify deliverability algorithms and provide talking points for colleagues.

KM Collaborative: Consulting Services Support Options
Some KM Partners may require hands-on assistance in areas such as data migration, configuration, custom training, launch assistance, etc., which are classified as Consulting Services. The Forum staff provides these services for an hourly fee*, exclusive of work performed by the KM Collaborative vendors at an hourly rate structure outlined below. Consulting Services projects estimated for 5 hours or less do not require a signed contract with a KM Partner; while not requiring a signed agreement, these hours are still billable.
Any Consulting Services request requires a minimum of two weeks' advance notice, preferably longer. We will try to accommodate rushed requests but cannot guarantee it. Consultations with the Forum staff are non-billable and encouraged

KM Collaborative: Memorandum of Agreement (MoA)
United Philanthropy Forum (Forum) has cultivated a network of national and regional philanthropy-serving organizations (PSOs) to jointly develop technology, share costs, and leverage each other’s knowledge and capabilities. Through the Knowledge Management (KM) Collaborative, PSOs have reached unprecedented levels of collaboration, pooling resources to create software platforms for association management and content management, developing peer-learning networks, and lifting common standards.
Each Partner organization is required to sign the KM Collaborative’s Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) annually. The MOA details the fiduciary and legal requirements of each Partner and the Forum. All KM Partners should be familiar with the terms detailed in this agreement.
