About Swapcard

Publication date:

Access the Swapcard Platform

All FOTH registrants will need to access our virtual conference platform - powered by Swapcard - for information on how to join each session. Attendees received an email from Swapcard (noreply@swapcard.com) on Thursday, March 11. If you didn't receive this email, please check your Spam/Junk/Clutter folders. If you still can't locate it, don't worry. You can access the event via your browser using the Login button in the top right and entering your email address - you will need to use the email address used to register for the conference. If Swapcard doesn't recognize your email for some reason, please contact conference@unitedphilforum.org for assistance.

Swapcard is accessible via your favorite browser or a mobile app. You can download the free app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching for "United Philanthropy Forum".

Customize Your Experience

Once you log in to Swapcard, please take a moment to personalize your experience by updating your profile, adding sessions to your personal agenda, and connecting with other attendees.

Get Your Computer Ready

  1. Before you join our virtual FOTH, we recommend downloading and installing all critical updates and restarting your computer.

  2. Please take some time to log into our conference platform to become familiar with the available features. There are many!

  3. Download the latest version of your internet browser to ensure you have the most up-to-date technology. We recommend Chrome or Firefox.

How to Get Help

  • Should you require assistance, you can chat your issue in the online chat of any session or by navigating to the Get Help discussion board and submitting your question. There will always be someone monitoring the chat during the active hours of the conference.
  • Email conference@unitedphilforum.org and someone from Forum's staff will get in touch with you as quickly as possible.
