United Philanthropy Forum offers several unique sponsorship opportunities in 2018 to show your support for the philanthropic sector and reach more than 300 philanthropy leaders from across the country. Sponsorships are available for two related events in Washington, DC:
- PolicyWorks Institute – March 10-11, 2018
- Foundations on the Hill – March 11-13, 2018
Foundations on the Hill
Foundations on the Hill (FOTH) brings together more than 300 philanthropy leaders from across the country for meetings with Congress about key issues of importance to philanthropy and the communities they serve. The event is the one time each year when philanthropy speaks with a strong, collective voice on Capitol Hill, which will be more critical than ever in 2019—particularly as tax reform 2.0 is developed, issues of civil society are debated and new members of Congress will have just taken their seats in Washington. We need to ensure that Congress understands the value of philanthropy to our communities and our country, and stress the importance of doing all that we can to encourage more charitable giving to benefit our communities.
Presented by United Philanthropy Forum, the PolicyWorks Institute is an annual opportunity for people working in advocacy and policy in the Forum’s network to come together to strengthen their policy muscles by learning together with their national philanthropy peers and experts in the field. The Institute will bring together 60-80 CEOs and policy staff working for regional and national philanthropy-serving organizations, along with their policy volunteer leaders working at philanthropy organizations.
