United Philanthropy Forum Requests Proposals For Website Redesign

Tuesday, March 1, 2022

United Philanthropy Forum is planning for a new website that reflects our mission, values and key areas of work. We also want to center a modern user experience for our members to access resources, register for events, renew/apply for membership and network with each other. This RFP is for design only.

As the largest and most diverse network in American philanthropy, United Philanthropy Forum holds a unique position in the social sector to help increase philanthropy’s impact in communities across the country. Our membership network of both regional and national PSOs represents more than 7,000 funders, who work to make philanthropy better.
This Request for Proposals is to identify a vendor partner with the skills, experience, and vision to support this effort. Moreover, we are seeking a vendor partner who has experience working with philanthropic membership organizations, foundations and/or nonprofits.

While we prefer Black, Indigenous, and People of Color or woman-owned firms, we are primarily seeking vendors that align with our mission and values that also center racial equity in their values, structure and work. Overall, we are looking for a vendor with a proven track record of exceptional customer service and timely responsiveness to client needs.

Proposals should include:

  • Overview of your proposed solution
  • Examples of prior work and your role in each project
  • Your approach/process for working with Forum staff during this process
  • Pricing structure/levels
  • Proposed timeline
  • Information about the staff who will work on this project
  • Commitment to racial equity and social justice
