United Philanthropy Forum is excited to release our 2021 Compensation & Roles for Philanthropy-Serving Organizations report. This report provides comprehensive benchmarking data and analyses on the compensation practices of regional and national philanthropy-serving organizations (PSOs) and other employment practice information.
"We are thrilled to provide this extensive look into PSO practice through the lens of compensation and roles," said Forum President and CEO David Biemesderfer. "I am grateful to all of the PSOs who completed the surveys to assist us in compiling the featured data. It is of note to mention that while we did not see significant changes in some areas, we are noticing the consistency of past trends, such as the growth of racial and ethnic diversity among PSO staffers, including executive-level positions and other areas as noted in the report highlights. You are invited to read highlights of the latest PSO employment trends and practices, including staff diversity trends."
A one-page Highlights and three-page Executive Summary of the report's key findings are available to the public. The full report may be accessed by Forum members (just log in to your account on our website).
