Endow Ohio: What Comes Next?

One year ago Philanthropy Ohio embarked on an initiative to create a tax incentive in Ohio law encouraging people to donate to permanent endowments at their local community foundations. THe bill has already passed the Ohio House of Representatives by an overwhelming margin, 84 -9.
