Panel Discussion: Food & Agriculture Policy, Equity, & Why It Matters

With the 2023 Farm Bill just around the corner, it is important for philanthropy to see the value they bring to this policy issue and the upcoming discussions.

In addition, philanthropy serves as a vital partner in public-private partnerships that leverage federal and philanthropic dollars in communities across the country. The pandemic raised awareness of food and agriculture issues and believe this is an opportunity to bring more funders into this space.

The purpose of this panel is to engage a broader segment of philanthropy to understand the role of the food and agriculture policy, how we can address issues of equity, and how these issues connect and intersect with many other issues.
