We’ll gather in person in Winston-Salem, NC on February 28 and March 1, 2023 for the North Carolina Network of Grantmakers Annual Meeting and Conference to connect with peers, learn and share about new ideas, and leave inspired. We'll celebrate collaboration, connect with friends and colleagues old and new, and learn about how to advance our communities together. The Annual Meeting and Conference is a favorite time of year for NCNG. After moving to virtual conferences in 2021 and 2022, we are excited to gather in-person again.
We know the foundation landscape has changed since we last gathered in March 2020. There are new leaders, new foundations, team turnover, fresh strategic directions and grantmaking priorities, and new ways of working. This year, we're focused on creating the space and time to:
- Build new relationships and strengthen old ones – Have the chance to really engage with people who do the same job as you in “Job Alike” breakouts.
- Set the stage for collaboration – Dig a little deeper into the “Better Together Case Studies” that highlight NCNG Collaboratives.
- Think deeply about what it means to be “Better Together” – Explore the threads of that theme throughout the conference.
- Have some fun, together – Whether it’s at the game night reception, dine-arounds with friends old and new, or at the “A Chance to Put It All Together” session - we always have a few fun suprises in store!
