KM Partners interested in learning more about Salesforce basics are encouraged to attend Office Hours on 9/6/23 that will include a review of Salesforce terminology, how our Package works alongside standard Salesforce functionality and the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and an overview of the Salesforce Objects - Accounts, Contacts and Affiliations.
KM Office Hours provide a space for platform updates, knowledge sharing for all our KM Partners! Office Hours are held every-other Wednesday every month (with a few bonus calls sprinkled throughout the year). Typically, there is one programmed call and one Open Floor call per month. Our programmed calls feature knowledge sharing from both KM Partners and the Forum. Sometimes when there are demos or screenshares, the Forum records the call and add it to the website. Open Floor calls are where we use our collective knowledge to answer questions from KM Partners together.
All KM Key Contacts, plus any other staff at KM Partner organizations who are interested in attending, can attend Office Hours. Contact the Knowledge Services Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions regarding Office Hours.
As noted in the MoA signed by KM Partner CEOs each year, it is expected that KM Key Contacts participate in Office hours, either by ensuring there is a representative at each meeting, or reading the agenda and staying apprised of updates.
