Join hosts IFIP and Nia Tero for the fourth and final webinar in our funder focused webinar series dedicated to Indigenous Peoples and Climate Change leading up the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 26). The webinar series provides a platform for donors and civil society members to hear directly from Indigenous leaders regarding their priorities related to climate change. This learning opportunity provides donors and Indigenous allies to understand how they can support and amplify the voices of Indigenous Peoples at global forums such as the UNFCCC.

Our last webinar of the series centers Indigenous Women and Climate Change. We welcome the following Indigenous panelists and moderator:

Panelists:

  • Hindou Oumarou Ibrahim, President Association for Indigenous Women and Peoples of Chad (AFPAT)
  • Rebecca Sinclair, Research and Policy Lead, Indigenous Climate Action (ICA)

Moderator:

  • Helen Magata, Communications Officer, Tebtebba
