Event AccessibilityEvent Accessibility We invite you to let us know anything specific that you'd like us to do to make this event more accessible to you. Here is what we are already planning to ensure everyone can participate: Share expectations and norms about Users Group at-large in the reminder email sent to all registrants. These expectations and norms will cover participation and engagement, accessibility recommendations and technical considerations and setup. Take time during the Welcome and Logistics session to cover these items, so that each participant is aware of their engagement options, and, so all participants can contribute to an inclusive program space over our three days together. Review the key expectations and norms at the beginning of each session. Computer-generated captions will be available on our webinar platform (Zoom). For sessions featuring slides or other materials, we can share them in advance with individuals as requested. If you would like to let us know how we can make this event more accessible for you, please email us at km@unitedphilforum.org or call Colette Larson at 202-946-4742.
