Maximizing Strategic Partnerships

With a recession looming, sponsorship dollars aren't flowing as freely as in the past. In fact, many organizations are experiencing a decline in event revenue and some are reporting a reduction in member dues, according to the 2022 State of the Nonprofit Sector Report. As a result, many PSOs are looking beyond event, grant, and membership dues to explore sponsorship relationships. This session will explore what a successful PSO/sponsor program can look like, how to prospect sponsors, and how to maximize the relationship to benefit the PSO, the sponsors, and most importantly, the PSO's members.
