Join us at the Forum’s third annual convening for new chief executives (CEOs, presidents, executive directors) of regional and national philanthropy-serving organizations (PSOs). This year’s virtual convening will provide a helpful orientation to the Forum network and the work of PSO leaders, led by your PSO colleagues, and an opportunity to meet your fellow new CEOs in the network.
During the convening you'll hear from two CEO colleagues in the Forum network who will share what they've learned in their roles leading PSOs:
- Chris Essel, President & CEO, SoCal Grantmakers.
- Patricia Smith, President & CEO, The Funders Network.
Who can attend: The convening is open to chief executives (CEOs, presidents, executive directors) of Forum members who have been in their role less than two years.
Goals for the Convening
- Learn about critical issues for new PSO leaders to consider at the start of your tenure.
- Connect and network with your peers who are also new to their CEO role.
The convening will serve as the kick-off for quarterly calls for new CEOs throughout the year.
