Senior Leadership Workshop: Role, Self & System: Digging into Leadership Dilemmas

As senior leaders, you can often face challenging situations with lots of gray area and no easy fixes. How to navigate them? This session will provide two ways—learning from your peers and thinking through your dilemmas using the lenses of role, self and system. Bring your struggles, your breakthroughs and your questions. You’ll get to know your colleagues, learn some reflective practices, leave with practical ideas to apply to your work and have fun along the way.
