Increasingly, workplaces are considering returning to work in-person in some fashion. For emerging practitioners in PSOs, this poses a unique challenge and opportunity for expressing our leadership. On the one hand, as member-facing organizations, we are trying to build and navigate programming and workflows that respond to all of our members' organizational needs. Additionally, we likely have strong insight and opinions that inform our own organizational internal practices. In this workshop, join your peers to better understand how to leverage your role as an emerging practitioner at a PSO to advocate for inclusive, internal organizational changes while also navigating meeting the needs of external member-driven philanthropic organizations. This highly interactive session will build off of EPIP's commitments to and interest in racial justice and liberation, community care, and shared leadership.
Pre-registration is required to attend this session and costs $65 per person. It can be added during the overall registration process. If you have already registered, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to add to your registration.
